Important Transformation of your property
Jordan and Emily Norde grew up in western WA. They went to school together, and actually grew up less than 6 miles apart!
When Emily was studying at Central Washington University (go cats!), Jordan would come up every weekend and they would enjoy all of the outdoor opportunities that eastern WA had to offer. It wasn’t long before the life long dream of permanently relocating over the mountains came to be. They wanted land, less congestion, and less rain!
It wasn’t until almost 5 years later (in 2021) that the dream became a reality. With all of the changes that the pandemic caused, and the new normals to the work world, the opportunity to relocate to Chattaroy, WA came available and the Norde’s packed up and hit the road. They purchased 10 acres of undeveloped land, and are currently in the process of planning their dream home.
Being land owners themselves, they know how important the transformation of your property can be. It is where you enjoy memories with your family, entertain friends, and retreat when life gets just a little too busy. As contractors, they know how important professionalism and reliability is to the success of a job. If you are a general contractor, developer, or subcontractor that takes your project and client as seriously as you, then they are just one phone call away.
